General duties will include carrying out 4 stage asbestos clearances, smoke testing, asbestos background, asbestos leak, asbestos visual, asbestos re-occupation and air monitoring 
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Membership of an appropriate professional organisation: British Toxicological Society, Eurotox, Society of Toxicology, or Institute of Biology (now Society of Biology), and a commitment to your own professional development.
• Strong academic achievement and intellectual rigour
• Good project management skills
In addition, you will also need to have the potential for leadership:
• Management experience, or the ambition and potential to take on a managerial role
• An understanding or desire/ willingness to learn broad-based business skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing technical and commercial information
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
