This global biopharmaceutical company develops and delivers life-changing therapies for patients with serious and life-threatening medical conditions.

A fascinating opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Specialist to provide technical support throughout the UK and Ireland to work with the sales team and to gather market intelligence and drive new standards in diagnostic testing for specific haemolytic disorders. You'll also be involved in generating testing protocols and test reports to assist clinicians in determining where to refer for tests and what information should be delivered by the laboratory back to the referring clinician.

Successful candidates will need to be from a clinical laboratory background (MLSO / BMSO), ideally trained in Haematology and have excellent “hands-on” skills and technical knowledge of Flow Cytometry. YOU should possess superb communication and presentation skills coupled with maturity and true self confidence.
