A great new opportunity has arisen with a market leading Clinical Research organisation in North West Germany. My client, a top CRO require an experienced statistician to join their clinical function.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 3 years experience in a clinical statistical position for a clinical research or pharmaceutical organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the early stage clinical trials, from phase I & II. The successful candidate will be responsible for all statistical activities related to the study status.


Principal tasks will be:

* Bringing statistical knowledge and expertise to the team as well as regulatory knowledge (EMEA, guidelines FDA, ICH) in designing trials through protocol writing including sample size calculations, statistical methods section...etc
* Elaborating statistical analysis plan,
* Implementing statistical analysis plan in SAS environment in collaboration with programmers
* Preparing statistical interpretations of the results for clinical reports.

This position offers a basic salary of between €45,000 €75,000, great holiday, bonus & healthcare.

Working as a key member of the biometrics function, this position offers you the potential to work in a position which is highly varied and an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the clinical function.
