Senior Research Scientist/Drug Metabolism/Pharmacokinetics/Manchester

An exciting opportunity for a senior research/DMPK/ADME in vitro scientist has become available for a leading CRO with a core focus in analysing the ADME and pharmacokinetic properties of potential new drugs in the northwest of England.

As a senior research scientist, working within a small team you will be responsible for performing the validation of new in vitro assays within the group and working closely with the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure that junior scientists are trained to perform assays to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc, MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology or equivalent. Previous industry experience of validating in vitro assays, the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and prior knowledge and understanding of LC-MS/MS would be an advantage.
