As a Sample Information Co-ordinator, you are responsible for co-ordinating the accuracy of all sample related information which is entered into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You are responsible for ensuring that information and sample labels are maintained and corrected as necessary throughout the course of each study. Checking the sample paperwork provided by Sample Management is accurate, complete and stored in appropriate Bioanalytical files. You are required to monitor the sample logging process to ensure that the required timelines for analysis are met. You will respond to and resolve sample management queries in relation to shipments and samples. You will also be responsible reconciling samples in LIMS.
