The Role:
As a Clinic Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all Clinical sales, financial, personnel and administrative functions with the clinic. The successful candidate must aim to develop relationships with prospective new patients by introducing them to new products and services, and thus must be proactive in generating new business and ultimately profit maximisation through effective cost control measures.
The Clinic manager will also provide leadership, motivation and support to the clinic team and ensure all relevant standards and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
The Person:
Candidates must possess previous sales experience as the ability to be pro-active in the generation of new business is integral to this role. The Clinic Manager must also be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills in ensuring an effective communication structure is functional amongst the Clinic team. Candidates must also hold ’Registered Manager’ status with the healthcare commission. Previous experience within the cosmetic/aesthetic/beauty industry is essential.
