A Global leader in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Market Research is looking to add to its team located in the Midlands with well experienced Qualitative Market Research professionals at a variety of levels.

Research Director -
Previous business development responsibilities and extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the UK are required for this executive level post. The main responsibilities will be to work with other members of the Management Team within the UK to expand the firm's business portfolio. This will include project management responsibilities and meeting client sales targets. Specific emphasis will be on the responsibilities for consolidating syndicated data sales and actively develop Primary Market Research earnings, including managing key accounts and overseeing all elements of the client support. The candidate will rely on his / her experience and knowledge of the UK market to actively develop business, not only for the UK domestic business but also UK based international projects.

Research Manager -
Appropriate experience time running and designing projects in pharmaceutical MR, strong primary and secondary research knowledge, focusing on Qualitative studies, within the healthcare/pharmaceutical area is essential.
The ability to manage and implement research projects, strong interest in client account management and sales is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for account follow up and overseeing all elements of research projects, including client liaison and assist senior commercial directors to ensure 'added value' for syndicated or ad hoc projects. You will collaborate closely with research directors to implement local commercial strategies and expand client sales within the assigned client accounts.

Research Executive
Various levels of experience will be considered however previous knowledge of pharmaceutical Market Research is a pre-requisite. Suitable applicants will have held a Market Researcher role, mainly involved in primary research and be able to design questionnaires & study guides, analyse data and deal confidently with clients in both a written and face to face format.
