Our client has an opening position in their protein purification laboratory.
Qualification requirements:
BSc 2:1 in biological sciences or related discipline with hands-on industrial experience in protein purification from
complex biological samples .
Skills: Experience in method development for protein purification, separation
quantitation and characterization techniques such as gel electrophoresis, immunoblotting, protein concentration determination, and
UV-Visible spectroscopy etc.
Good working knowledge of protein purification, separation techniques and multi-step protein purification of native enzymes and recombinant proteins
The applicant must have strong capacity to multi-task and priorities and organize the
workload to meet deadlines.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills as they will be expected to liaise with staff at all levels.
