At our central Leeds site, we conduct phase I and IIa clinical trials on healthy human volunteers at our state of the art 72 bed clinical ward. These trials play an essential role in developing a host of new medicines which improve the lives of millions.

The successful candidate will assist the overall pharmacy operations department with respect to inventory, use, supply, storage, and disposal of investigational drug products, providing practical support to the Pharmacy Department


Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will assist with the receipt, storage, packaging, disposition, and retention of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs).
• You will assist with maintenance and control of complete records with respect to API/IMP.
• You may assist with dose preparation as appropriate
• You may assist with the manufacturing / assembly / dispensing instructions and the generation of labels
• You will ensure the continued supply of any stock items
• You will maintain contact with any other organization that operates a supply function to pharmacy
• You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GMP/GCP
• You may be cross trained in study operations tasks.



About You:
• You will be typically be educated to A - level or equivalent as a minimum requirement.
• Typically a minimum of 1yrs pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not essential.
