My client is a multi-award winning molecular based diagnostics company. Based in London, they are currently undergoing expansion and require molecular biologists with a demonstrated track record in diagnostic development.
Successful candidates will work in teams developing DNA chemistry, sample preparation and amplification for a cutting-edge, in-vitro diagnostic device. You will use a variety of standard and novel molecular biology techniques as appropriate to pursue pragmatic solutions in a goal-oriented timeframe.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in DNA amplification, enzymatic reactions, primer/probe design and gel electrophoresis with a wide range of other molecular techniques (PCR etc.) gained in an industrial commercially orientated environment.
