Medical Liaison Manager - Oncology

There is a twelve month contract with a World Leading Research based Pharmaceutical company available for a Medical Liaison professional. This is a field based role covering Scotland / Northern Ireland and the North East of England (South to Newcastle / Durham) and covers the companies Oncology products.

You will be combining your clinical expertise with your exceptional communication and relationship building skills. The team is currently made up of 9 individuals who respond to requests from healthcare professionals for scientific information that enable effective treatment of patients. You will be there to manage the essential liaison between the HCP and the relevant function in the company while exploring and identifying opportunities for building partnerships and benefits for both parties.

You will need to have a life sciences degree and / or proven experience of working in a clinical or scientific role with the Pharmaceutical industry or NHS. You will possess a sound knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and the NHS. You will be skilled at understanding, analysing and interpreting data from clinical trials and have the ability to convey these complex concepts through presentations.
