Lead Clinical Data Managers - West London - Pharmaceutical Company

A major Pharmaceutical Company based in West London requires innovative Lead Data Managers to start immediately. Permanent contracts of employment are offered by the employing company and you will be contracted to this client for an initial period of one year.

Primary Duties
To play a key role within neurosciences drug development during set up and throughout the clinical trial duration. The main responsibilities will include:
· Delivery of a quality clinical trial database on time
· Development of study-specific Data Quality Plans
· Participation in the review, deployment and training of data capture tools, in partnership with other team members
· Serving as a single point of contact to ensure data cleaning and data reconciliation
· Conduct remote monitoring and other support for CRAs and sites
· Management of projects, vendors and customer relationships

Qualifications
A science graduate with 3-5 years clinical data management experience in order to identify areas for process improvements and suggest solutions. You should be an effective decision maker and enjoy being a team player with good communication & negotiation skills. Knowledge and experience of Data Management Tools and associated processes as well as the process and workflows of CRAs.
