A Global Pharmaceutical company is looking for a new Head of Drug Surveillance. The company has a great therapeutic diversity including Oncology and Haematology, Cardiology, Womens health and Multiple Sclerosis. This great company is looking for a new "Local Drug Safety Manager".

Your responsibilities
· Collection, documentation and follow up of adverse events, safety information and drug safety issues
· Submission of reports to regulatory authorities in line with national requirements
· Maintenance of submission tracking data of local and foreign reports
· Responsible for the preparation of PSURS of national products
· Exchange of safety information with regulatory authorities
· Review of relevant parts in local study protocols and informed consent for local studies
· Active part of training process on Adverse Event reporting
· Responsible for reviewing all safety information received and to initiate necessary evaluation steps to resolve potential product safety related issues
· Review of protocols and contractual arrangements with external suppliers or licence partners to ensure that they are consistent with companys SOPs

The candidate
· Medical graduate with experience of working in clinical practice and Pharmacovigilance activities
· Understanding of national and European statuary requirements fro Pharmacovigilance
· Good communication, organisational and administrative skills
· Computing skills
· Familiarity with general drug safety regulations, terminology and procedures.
