Embedded Systems Specialist - C and C++ - Cambridgeshire

A leading Medical Devices Research Facility, based in Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Embedded Systems Specialist to help with the development and production of leading Medical Devices. You will be taking a leading role in the company to help the constriction, design and instrumentation of a number of Medical Device projects for a number of key clients.

You will ideally have a strong experience working on Medical Device Projects developing on embedded systems and software. You will be working in C and C++ mainly.

You will need to have strong communication skills as you will need to meet with people within the organisation to discuss the progress of any devices. As your will be working on high level projects you must also have strong experience within the Medical Device Development.

The position will give you freedom to manage your own workload to achieve success on your projects and to hit set deadlines; this is an ideal role for someone with excellent self time management ability.

You must have a Physical Sciences or Engineering to keep in line with the rest of the departments, ideally to a 1st or 2:1 level.
