Editorial Team Leader - Medical Communications - South East

A successful and vibrant Medical Communications Agency within easy reach of London has the unrivalled opportunity for an Editorial Team leader to become the operational and line management of their established editorial team. You will enjoy the responsibility of leading the editorial development and co-ordination of a small and dedicated project team of editors inputting into a range of printed and multimedia materials. You will be the lead in the development and will coordinate implementation of client communication programmes and will be responsible for all mentoring and training. Also you will act as the primary contact for the team on all projects and programmes of work.
To be considered for this position you will ideally be educated to PhD level in the life or physical sciences and will have a minimum of 2 years agency experience as either a senior medical writer /editor. Experience of oncology, cardiovascular or vaccine preventable diseases will be highly advantageous to your application.
You will have excellent client facing/project management skills and will be familiar with delivering material that conforms to current in house procedures.
