Dental Digital Sales Representative x 3 Salary £££ + car/phone/laptop


We are currently recruiting for 3 digital sales representatives to sell Lava Precision Solutions and Implants to dental professionals. The successful applicants will work within the Oral Care division of our international Healthcare client.

The roles are initially on a 12 month contract basis with a view to being made permanent.

Territory:
2 x North UK
1 x South UK

Overall Mission:

To sell the portfolio of our clients ESPE digital solutions (LCOS and Lava and implants) to General Dental Practitioners and laboratories, to implement a new workflow for impression taking into the dental industry and support existing business with customers and the sales force.


Key Job Responsibilities:

• Sell Lava COS and ST scanners (hardware & software)
• Sell a range of implant solutions
• Sell digital workflow (LCOS) to targeted GDPs following initial recognition by DSS.

• Key Account management of laboratories:
o drive them to incorporate LCOS into their business model and workflow.
o generate and manage lab to GDP communication with main focus on LCOS/implant solution and secondary Lava

• Create enthusiasm and act as a champion of the total portfolio to the regional/national sales team.

• Drive a programme of education to the target audience (Lab and GDP) that will underpin the implementation of ESPE’s digital and implant solutions.

• Be the resident expert and ‘knowledge broker’ on the portfolio making presentations to internal and external audiences linking to strategic decision making and sales team implementation.







Person Profile:

1. Education

- Graduate level (preferred)

2. Experience

- that demonstrates:
- initiative and maturity in decision making.
- ability to educate and inspire others (internal & external)

- confidence in communicating to large, high calibre diverse customer groups.

- understanding of commercial environment and ability to identify & develop new business for 3m and customer

- ability to sell a complex product offering (essential)
- dealing with key accounts
- working within a team
- ability to deal with and develop new business in key accounts using financial models.
- highly self motivated & a strong team player.
- A business development mindset

3. Knowledge

- Sales role especially in capital equipment and campaign selling
- Dental industry
