The primary responsibility of this position is to manage effectively the customer service and technical support functions for the business unit for Europe to deliver the very best customer service levels in the life science field. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in servicing the global customer base and channel partners and developing a world class customer and technical service leadership position. You will manage a team of 12-15 customer and technical service representatives, international distributor representatives and team leaders. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with experience of leading a customer services group. Strong communication skills and experience of recruiting new team members and coaching them is essential.
