? Study/project co-ordination for individual clients:- Maintains study documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Liase with Lab Supervisors/Managers with regards to scheduling of study timelines. Co-ordination of protocol and quote preparation and dispatch according to client’s requirement In conjunction with SD, liasing with client to ensure pre-study phase runs smoothly (i.e. organisation of test article dispatch, scheduling issues, client comments on draft protocol and dispatch of definitive protocol). Monitoring of in-life phase and distribution of regular project updates (study status sheet) to client. Monitoring results production to ensure all client deadlines are met. In conjunction with SD, liasing with lab staff, analytical facility, animal house and client to ensure smooth running of experimental phase. Co-ordination of report preparation according to client requirements and liaison with SD, Report Systems, Quality Assurance, Central Scientific Records and Admin to ensure all client reporting deadlines and archiving requirements are met. ? To participate with departmental tours and visits as required. ? To anticipate and recognise problems with processes, systems and studies and to recommend action to avert or correct. ? To liase with clients on the conduct of their studies, to provide study related information, answer questions and ensure all client requests are dealt with promptly. ? Client Manager for a number of Key Clients.
Experience:
Relevant experience of Genetic Toxicology assays. Broad knowledge of the variety of studies performed in the department. Knowledge of the requirements of GLP Excellent management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to work under pressure, good organisational skills.
Education:
BSc degree level or equivalent
