Associate Director - Pharmaceutical Market Research - London

Business Development focused Market Research Manager with extensive experience of Primary Qualitative studies in the Pharmaceutical sector required for Associate Director position.

This role will involve a combination of full service project management and high-level Business Development.
The successful applicant will be required to identify and win new business opportunities and to build the client base by attracting new clients to the organisation, penetrating into new areas (e.g. therapy franchises) of established clients; to manage multiple qualitative and quantitative, local and international projects; to manage and motivate a team of professional researchers; to be a spokesperson for the Company, to deliver gross profit targets and to be a business leader within the Company.
You will have extensive experience of market research and skills in specialised qualitative and quantitative techniques and models, having progressed from Research Executive, to Research Manager and subsequently into a Senior RM or Associate's role, having strong sales skills and excellent client handling skills.
