Our client, an award winning International healthcare PR agency based in London, has a superb opportunity for an Associate Director to join them and provide strategic client direction, programme direction and profitability and participate in growing existing business and new business growth.
The role:
The Associate Director will be shaping the long-term strategic direction of accounts and ensure current activities and budgets provide future opportunities
Aide the development of the strategic, creative direction of accounts
Maintain strategic overview of accounts and proactively advise clients on new issues/external environment
Financial responsibility of accounts
Create and develop opportunities for growing existing business within current client pool and identify new business prospects
Lead and motivate supervised staff to fulfil their potential and assume responsibility/accountability appropriate to their position
Keep abreast of outside issues and events and regularly review impact on programmes and client objectives
Develop and maintain good understanding of International and European media
Skills and senior level experience:
Excellent account management experience and a good grasp of ethical healthcare PR
Ability to deliver programmes both in the UK and Internationally
Leadership skills
Financial management and its applications
New business development
Client management
Creativity
Communication skills
