The Late Phase group offers clients expert global thought leadership in late phase study design and execution. The service mix includes Phase IV, registries, prospective and retrospective, observational/naturalistic and interventional studies, quality of life assessments, as well as health economic outcomes research.

As an Associate Director you will be using your extensive experience in large scale global projects to provide leadership and direction to a team of Project Managers.

Also acting as a functional project manager you will be responsible for overseeing project budgets and contractual specifications and will interact with customers and internal project teams to ensure that performance is consistent.

Additionally you will be presenting project proposals to clients in partnership with the Business Development group.

You will need to have extensive research and project management experience and the proven ability to build a successful team and to mentor, motivate and direct staff.
