Temporary Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced analytical chemist in the research, analysis and development of new products to customer requirement. You will ensure all aspects of analytical testing involved in test samples for a wide variety of substances in the FMCG area.

With state of the art equipment the team provides a first class analytical service to both internal and external clients, offered a great opportunity to gain experience and expand their skill base within their laboratory environment.

The position requires an experienced analytical chemist, ideally with HPLC, LC, GC, ICP, AA and MS.

The role will include routine and non-routine analysis, data interpretation, maintenance and the implementation of new methodologies. You will also be responsible for maintaining records in compliance with the QC/ QA system.

All candidates must be enthusiastic team players with a flexible yet focused approach to their work. They must also be able to display good organisation and communication skills.


Qualifications Skills and Experience

Science Diploma or Scientific Degree
Routine Analytical Testing HPLC/ LC, GC, ICP, AA, MS.
FMCG exp desirable.
Able to trouble shoot/ problem solve
Excellent communication skills
