Account Director - Healthcare PR - London

An upbeat and dynamic Healthcare Communications Agency based on the banks of the river Thames has the exciting opportunity for an outgoing and passionate PR Account Director to join the team. At a crucial stage in their ongoing expansion the exceptional candidate they are looking for will be responsible for directing and co-ordinating exciting PR accounts for high profile pharmaceutical clients. Reporting directly in to the Senior Management team, you will take day-to-day responsibility for client programmes, team and financial management and developing new business contacts. This will involve;
* Strategic Healthcare communications planning and management
* Stakeholder management
* Media relations
* PR programme writing
* Proposal writing
Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in client development and retention gained within a similar environment and ideally a healthcare, medical or scientific background. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience of managing and administering budgets.
