Account Director - Healthcare PR agency - London

An highly reputable PR agency with specific expertise in promoting disease awareness campaigns has an exciting opportunity for a media savvy Account Director to join their enterprising Healthcare PR team. They currently work with a number of high profile pharma companies and medical societies to promote disease awareness across a number of key therapy areas. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for leading the account teams assigned to you and to proactively develop your existing client base through identifying new business opportunities. As a senior member of the agency you will also participate in senior management meetings and contribute the wider agency environment.

Ideally you will have a science or PR degree and a minimum of four years experience gained in Healthcare PR agency or in-house at a pharmaceutical company. In addition you will have a strong track record of working alongside patient groups and KOLs and have good knowledge across a range of therapeutic categories.
